What we collect

When you submit our consultation form we collect the name, ZIP code, email address, phone number, project type and project description you provide. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule your consultation and discuss your project. We send you a confirmation email when your request is received. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that deliver our email.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to serve your project and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This website stores one preference in your browser: the colour theme you select. It is kept locally on your device and is never transmitted to us.

We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which advertisements bring people to this site. When you submit the consultation form, Google records that a form was completed. Google may set cookies for this purpose.

So that those measurements are accurate, your browser also sends Google a one-way encrypted (hashed) form of the name, email address, phone number and ZIP code you entered. The encryption happens on your own device: Google receives only the scrambled values, never the originals, and uses them solely to establish whether you had already seen one of our advertisements. We do not receive any personal information about you from Google, and we never sell the details you send us through the form.
